Accommodation comprises: 3 en-suite double bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 twin beds or double beds as required ). The large dining area has patio doors leading onto a large roof garden with far reaching views across the Bay from the Fishing harbour to St Michael's Mount and beyond. There is a comfortable lounge with a gas stove, T.V. and video player.

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine etc.
The property offers parking for one car and there is a car park a short distance away.

About Newlyn:

Newlyn is a traditional working fishing village of great character. It hosts several good pubs and eating places, one of which is ' The Tolcarne ', recently featured on T.V. Which is a real ale house offering excellent food.

For those interested in culture, Newlyn boasts 3 art galleries whilst St Ives and the Tate is a short drive away. Penzance is a mile to the east whilst Lands End, Sennen and Porthcurnoe which is home to the famous ' Minack Theatre ', is 10 miles to the west with a host of interesting walks and beautiful sandy beaches. Mousehole is 1½ miles along the coast.

Newlyn is an all seasons location, famous for the Newlyn / Mousehole Christmas lights and festivities Newlyn is on the scenic cycle route, has a regular bus service, a taxi rank and is approx. 1 mile from Penzance train station.
